Our Suppliers

We are committed to using local suppliers wherever possible.  But what do we mean by local?  We try to make what we can in house – for example, our bread rolls and our crowdie.

We then aim for within 20 miles, if possible, thereafter within Highland, Moray and the Islands.  Aberdeenshire, Argyll and Perthshire come next and finally the rest of Scotland, followed by the rest of the UK.
